D12/T12 Diesel Engine

The D12 series diesel engine is designed and developed by SINOTRUK. It retains many advantages of the D10 series and adopts the current international advanced diesel engine design concept. With a power coverage of 340-460 Ps and emissions meeting the requirements of road national IV-V and non-road national III regulations. Adopting the new generation electronic controlled common rail fuel system from DENSO in Japan. Rear timing gear chamber effectively reduces gear transmission noise.

T12 natural gas engine

T12 natural gas engine jointly designed and developed by SINOTURK and E-controls of the US is an achievement of the National High-tech 863 Program, with complete intellectual property rights and domestic leading level, It is a new generation of electronic control, lean combustion, four valve natural gas engine. T12 engine has low gas consumption, low exhaust temperature, good reliability and low maintenance cost, which is the mainstream model of high power natural gas engine in China.

Product Features:

1、Inherited the unique double-wall reinforced wide body and frame type crankcase structure of STEYR diesel engines to ensure reliability and durability of the entire machine.

2、Four valve structure design effectively improves the charging efficiency, the central placement of the spark plug effectively improves the flame propagation speed, Econtrols new generation CFV gas supply system ensures continues and accurate gas input, the lean combustion mode makes more sufficient, effectively reducing post combustion and the exhaust temperature, the inherent defect of high thermal load and low speed torque of gas engine is improved, the power performance and engine economy further increased.

3、Iridium electrode spark plugs significantly increases the service life.

4、Parts have strong commonality with STEYR diesel engine, adequate supply, convenient maintenance, greatly reduces the maintenance cost.
