SINOTRUK Holds 2026 New Employee Welcome Ceremony

On July 20, SINOTRUK held a welcome ceremony for its 2026 new employees. Six hundred new employees gathered together in high spirits, ready to embark on a new journey of dedication and achievement as new members of SINOTRUK. Liu Zhengtao, Party Secretary and Chairman of SINOTRUK, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Jiang Pengpeng, Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of the Trade Union, presided over the ceremony.

On behalf of all management and employees of the Group, Liu Zhengtao extended the warmest welcome and most sincere congratulations to the newly hired employees. The meeting noted that in the first half of this year, the Group recorded aggregate revenue of RMB 149.6 billion, up 42% year-on-year, while vehicle sales reached 272,000 units, up 27.6% year-on-year. Heavy-duty truck sales reached 196,000 units, up 40.3% year-on-year, firmly retaining the No. 1 position in the industry.

These achievements would not have been possible without the hard work and tireless efforts of every SINOTRUK employee. As a strong talent foundation supporting the Group’s high-quality development and progress toward becoming a world-class enterprise, the new employees were urged to accelerate their transition into their new roles, fully integrate into their teams, and align their thinking, actions and goals with those of the company, becoming inheritors of its corporate culture; cherish frontline internship opportunities, closely integrate theoretical knowledge with practical experience, and become practitioners who combine learning with application; cultivate innovative thinking, dare to break new ground, proactively explore new ideas and methods at work, and become pioneers who dare to venture and act; maintain an enterprising spirit, work diligently and take responsibility in their positions, continually surpass themselves through the company’s development, and become strivers who forge ahead; always maintain an open and humble mindset, keep pace with the times and continue learning, integrate cutting-edge technologies and new concepts into their work and transform them into capabilities, and become persistent learners; and comply with rules and procedures, striving to grow into young SINOTRUK professionals of the new era with firm convictions, a clear sense of boundaries, a rigorous work style and strong capabilities, and become disciplined professionals who perform their duties in accordance with rules and standards. The new employees were encouraged to harbor aspirations to serve the country, achieve success in both learning and work at SINOTRUK, showcase their talents and make meaningful achievements on the company’s broad platform, and write a brilliant chapter of individuals and the company advancing together and achieving mutual success.

To pass on SINOTRUK’s spirit of striving and help the new employees gain a clearer understanding of their development paths, six outstanding employee representatives spoke in turn at the ceremony: Yan Shufa and Ren Liya from the Automotive Research Institute, Xu Bin from the Supply Chain Management Center, Ni Qingduan from the North Africa Sales Division, Zhu Xingqun from the Jinan Commercial Vehicle Sales Division, and Xie Haoliang, a representative of outstanding employees in the 2025 frontline production internship program. They shared their experiences and insights, encouraging their new colleagues to make the most of the opportunities offered by the company, proactively go to the production front line and the forefront of business operations to hone their skills and build their capabilities, and harness the power of youth to carry SINOTRUK’s voice to the world and showcase its strength. Huang Chunchao, a representative of the 2026 new employees, then spoke on behalf of his peers, pledging that they would always uphold the spirit of “Never Settle. Always Lead. Forever Dominate,” follow the example of outstanding predecessors, integrate their personal aspirations into the company’s overall development, make the most of their youth, live up to expectations, and inject fresh momentum into the company’s development.

More than 700 people attended the event online and in person, including members of SINOTRUK’s management, some assistant general managers and directors, leading officials and business directors from relevant departments and subsidiaries, and all newly hired employees.
